P-property and best proximity pair theorems

Abstract

In this paper, we study P-property and the best proximity point theory. In fact, by using the P-property, we obtain the best proximity counterpart of the many well-known mixed point theorems for multivalued and single valued mappings in the setting of metric spaces and Banach spaces.
