Abstract
The cell cycle of a cell is tightly controlled by several regulators. Dysregulation of cell cycle can lead to uncontrolled cell division which is one of the main characteristics of cancer cells. DNA content of a cell is changed during the cell cycle progression and can be measured by flow cytometry.
