Biography
I joined the Faculty of Sport Sciences in the fall of 2008, where I teach courses in motor learning and control for both undergraduate and graduate programs. I earned my doctoral degree from Kharazmi University (formerly Tarbiat Moallem University of Tehran) in Tehran, Iran.
Research Interests
My Research Core Title: Optimizing Skill Acquisition Objectives: The primary aim is to identify optimized methods for teaching and structuring motor skill acquisition environments. This research encompasses applications for athletes, children, adults, the elderly, and individuals with neuropsychological disorders. In this research core, we apply theories in motor behavior, particularly the OPTIMAL theory, to: Provide optimal skill training conditions for athletes, children, adults, and older people. Create ideal conditions for relearning motor skills in individuals with neuropsychological disorders. My research also focuses on factors influencing human motor control, including action-perception integration and attentional processes related to motor skills. Collaborating Organizations: My research involves collaboration with sports clubs, universities, welfare organizations, nursing homes, and rehabilitation centers for individuals with neuropsychological disorders.
