Biography
I was born in Isfahan, Iran, in 1985. I received B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from University of Isfahan, Iran, in 2007 and 2009, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from Iran University of Science and Technology, Tehran, in 2016, all in Electrical Engineering. My research interests include power electronics, control of electrical motor drives, supply system of the electric railway (AC and DC), linear motors & MAGLEVs, and analysis of overhead contact systems. I am currently an Assistant Professor with the Department of Railway Engineering and Transportation Planning, University of Isfahan, Isfahan, Iran. I was the recipient of the IEEE 11th Power Electronics, Drive Systems, and Technologies Conference (PEDSTC’20) best paper award in 2020.
