In addition to increasing the national production area of housing construction, housing management, renewal of old tissues have a high efficiency and with regard to seismic metropolis of Tehran, the importance of this fact is double. By creating an area called the offices of quality control and cost associated with building engineering systems, structural systematically have been proposed which include six unit - units of research and innovation in construction - industrial units in the building - Control and build management unit labor costs - Business, management and monitoring of materials and products Structural - Employers seeking employment and labor supply unit - Units with related ministries). The proposed structure according to library research, interviews and consultations with government officials and experts in housing construction as well as academic and administrative experiences of the authors, has been developed. Then by regulation of the questionnaires and surveys in the two groups (experts in the field of housing - public authorities and municipalities). This structure by QSPM matrix and SWOT model is evaluated and finally, a number of strategies is provided for improving the performance of these offices. © Research India Publications.

According to the recent studies, there are wide range of psychological disorders in developed and developing countries with different levels of economic conditions. One of the most important psychological disorders and pressures is depression. An issue that has been neglected so far is impact of urban environmental quality on psychological health. Housing in this physical environment plays a very important role in psychological health indexes such as depression. The main purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between qualitative indexes of housing and depression with a case study of at MoftAbad and Mardavij neighborhoods in Isfahan. Pearson correlation coefficient and linear regression have been used for data analysis. Independent variables of study include qualitative variables of housing that have been studied in accordance with literature in both internal and external dimensions. Dependent variable of study is depression. Depression Inventory Questionnaire of Beck et al. (1996) with 21 questions, used to measure depression. Results showed that variables such as interior design, indoor greenbelt, natural received light, natural ventilation, and plant diversity, walking possibility, quality of public spaces, and environmental cleanliness and security have most impact on level of depression of residents in urban neighborhoods. © 2019 Journal of Urban and Environmental Engineering (JUEE). This study aimed to identify the impact of tourist attractions in the county of Tiran and Karvan, Isfahan, to increase the economic, cultural, and environmental benefits of tourism development; it would be possible to minimize its negative impacts. Methods: This is a descriptive-analytic study that was conducted using a standard questionnaire in 2013. In this study, 400 tourists, 400 native people, and 50 experts in tourist places in the country of Tiran and Karvan, Isfahan, were included using a randomized sampling method. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 20. Results: The region’s most potential tourist attractions are suitable natural attractions and recreational attractions, and the climate of the region with an average temperature of 5 ℃. The tourists’ satisfaction rate with the tourism facilities and equipment of the county was at a low level. The role of tourism is effective in creating jobs and increasing the income of residents of the region. Conclusion: The creation of employment grounds including increasing the income level of indigenous families, organizations related to tourism activities, and institutionalization of the culture of environmental protection are the most important economic, socio-cultural, and environmental impacts of tourism in this area. The most important factor in the weaknesses in the lack of development of country tourism was the lack of management and planning. © 2024, Kerman University of Medical Sciences. All rights reserved.
