Ahmad Reza Jafarian Moghaddam, Ph.D. ,

Ahmad Reza Jafarian-Moghaddam is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Transportation at the University of Isfahan, Iran. He received his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology in 2015. He also holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Railway Transportation Engineering from the same university, awarded in 2007 and 2009, respectively. His research interests include network modeling and optimization, multi-criteria decision analysis, fuzzy programming, project control and management, and strategic management. He is currently involved in research on Railway Intelligent Transportation Systems (RITS), focusing on the identification of RITS components, the development of macro-level logical and physical system architectures, and facilitating their implementation within the Iranian railway network to enhance system efficiency and safety.
