Research Interests

Dr. Hamid Zarei is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Futures Studies at the University of Isfahan, where he has been serving as a faculty member since 2024. He has taught Project Management and Entrepreneurship courses for several semesters. In addition, he has conducted numerous research projects with high-profile organizations such as Mobarakeh Steel Company, Isfahan Municipality, and Tuka-rail Company. His primary research interest lies in exploring various dimensions of green logistics, including policymaking, planning, and process design. To achieve this goal, he employs advanced quantitative tools such as optimization, game theory, and reinforcement learning.
