Research Interests
My main research focus is on two domains: 1. Human resource analysis and development within organizations, including job analysis, identification and measurement of job competencies, performance evaluation, individual development, selection and person–job fit, and organizational diagnostics. 2. Social and cultural psychology in the workplace, with a particular emphasis on sports psychology as a framework for studying motivation, emotions, team performance, leadership, and professional ethics in sport.
Professional activities
Main specialized domains (two core axes) A) Industrial and Organizational Psychology (primary axis) - Job analysis and design: job modeling, drafting job descriptions, and defining qualifications. - Talent management and competencies: identification, assessment, and development of core and job-specific competencies. - Measurement and evaluation: design and implementation of performance appraisal systems, assessment centers, and development of psychometric instruments. - Scientific selection and hiring: design of selection processes, person–job fit assessment, and prediction of job success. B) Sports Psychology (as a specialized, applied, interdisciplinary field) - Integration of quantitative and qualitative methods, with an emphasis on practical translation of scientific findings. - An interdisciplinary perspective on human resources and organizational issues within the sports domain, focusing on their application to real-world settings.
